My Story

When I was a child, some of my most cherished moments were spent with my Nana, sitting together at her crafting table. We would lose ourselves for hours, scrapbooking, making collages, creating handmade jewelry — my Nana had a gift for transforming the simplest materials into something truly magical, and she passed that love for making beautiful things on to me.

In 2021, my world changed forever when Nana passed away suddenly due to COVID. As I went through her belongings, I uncovered her extensive jewelry collection and the many supplies she used for making jewelry. Each bead, charm, and tool was a reminder of the time we spent together, and I knew I had to keep some of them close to me. They were more than just objects; they were a part of her spirit.

Not long after, I found myself drawn back to jewelry making. I hadn’t realized just how much I missed it until I held her tools in my hands again. Using her supplies, I began to craft once more, starting with beads and charms from the pieces she had left behind. As I gathered more materials, I found my inspiration in the same place Nana always did—in the beauty of the world around us. For me, that beauty was captured in crystals.

I have always had a deep love for rocks, and over the past few years, I’ve delved into the wonders of crystals. I’ve learned about their healing powers and their ability to bring light and positivity into our lives. My mission with ROX is to share that beauty and healing with the world, just as Nana shared it with me.

Nana’s legacy lives on through ROX, and I know she would be proud of what I’m doing. Without her, ROX would have never come to be. I hope that through these pieces, I can bring a little of the love she gave me to others. Rest in peace, beautiful soul. Your legacy of spreading beauty and love continues through every piece I create.
